The awkward questions
Changing apps mid-month
Add an app and the new rate starts the day you add it, pro-rated. Drop one and the credit lands on the next invoice. Nothing is deleted when an app is dropped.
If a payment fails
Two reminders, then the workspace locks. It is never deleted. Your data is kept for 90 days and everything comes back exactly as it was the moment the bill is settled.
Charities and new businesses
Registered charities and businesses under a year old pay half, for the first year. Ask us and we will apply it.
Portal logins for your own customers are never billable seats, however many of them there are.
